One-to-one — over six months

The Path is a one-to-one process. Twelve sessions on Zoom, roughly one every two weeks, lasting about six months. We measure your breath baseline at the start, build a daily ritual adapted to your life, choose a tradition that becomes your ally, and track progress concretely. Many practitioners continue beyond the first twelve sessions when an area opens up that they want to go deeper into.

The eight elements

What we work with

More than a decade of mentoring has refined the program into eight components. We use whichever ones fit your life — nothing is forced, nothing is left out by accident.

We measure your breath

The foundational breath happens in your cells and governs the function of your mind and body. We measure your baseline accurately and guide you toward the optimal state. This is concrete, weekly, and observable.

We build your daily ritual

Ritual is the forgotten key to deep inner change. You learn to speak to your underlying mind through symbols. The ritual we build is yours, not a copy of mine — but it draws on the structures the traditions developed over millennia.

Tradition becomes your ally

The "sacred texts" of traditions are not superstitious stories but symbolic wholes that ground your life. You choose the ally that fits you. This can be a religious text, a philosophical work, or a literary one — whatever speaks to you on a deep level.

We track progress precisely

Progress during The Path can be measured and followed concretely, leaving no room for uncertainty. We do not rely on subjective sensations alone — those can mislead, especially in the early phases when a settled life is beginning to rearrange itself.

We find your rhythm

Life situations, the body's natural rhythms, and personal goals are individual. We tailor the practice to meet your specific needs. The default is bi-weekly Zoom sessions, but the rhythm flexes around your life.

Practice journal analysis

I recommend a practice journal. It motivates and helps you track your progress. I review your journal between sessions so we can fine-tune the program.

A uniquely tailored approach

I know many paths to the top of the mountain and help you find the route that suits you best. We choose together a path that supports your growth and goals, drawing from the traditions and methods I have studied.

A rare opportunity

The Path is a rare privilege. It offers something authentic that is extremely difficult to find in the modern world. I take a small number of practitioners at a time, which keeps the work attentive.

Practical details

How sessions work

All sessions are on Zoom. Each session is roughly 60–90 minutes. We meet about every two weeks. Between sessions you practice and keep a journal, and I review your journal so we can fine-tune the next session.

Who this is for

The Path suits beginners as well as experienced practitioners of wisdom traditions. The only requirement is being open and ready to commit to change. It works especially well for people who have read widely, tried several approaches, and are looking for something with more depth.

Who this is not for

One caveat: mental health should be relatively stable. I cannot work with active psychotic episodes or acute suicidality. If you are in crisis, your first step is a professional therapist, not a mentoring program.

Beginning

The starting point is a free 30-minute discovery call on Zoom. It will show us both whether our work together has potential. There is no commitment beyond that conversation. If we decide to work together, we schedule the first session and begin.
