What we collect and why

Booking a call

When you book a discovery call through the booking calendar, you provide your name, email address and possibly a phone number. This information is used only to arrange the meeting and communicate about it. The calendar is provided by LeadConnector (HighLevel Inc., USA), acting as a data processor. The calendar loads only when you open it yourself.

Email contact

When you contact us by email, your address is used only to respond to your request.

The TIE app

You sign in to the app with your email address (magic link). The app stores your email and your practice data (such as completed breathing sessions and notes) so the app can function. Authentication is provided by Supabase. You can delete your account and data from the app's profile view.

Analytics

The sites use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and stores no personal data. The sites use no advertising cookies and do not track you across the web.

Retention and sharing

Data is kept only as long as the purposes above require. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Our service providers (Vercel, LeadConnector, Supabase, Proton) process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms; where they operate outside the EU, transfers rely on EU-approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, request correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. Send requests to the email above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
