These terms apply to ancientscience.com and miskakappi.com and to the TIE app (app.miskakappi.com), operated by Miska Käppi / Ancient Science. By using the services you accept these terms.

Not healthcare

The Path mentorship, the site content and the app's practices are guidance supporting wellbeing and self-knowledge. They are not healthcare, therapy or medical advice, and they do not replace them. If you have health concerns, consult a healthcare professional. Breathing practices are done at your own responsibility; stop a practice if you feel unwell.

Intellectual property

The content of the sites and the app (texts, videos, images, practices) is protected by copyright. You may use the content for personal practice; copying, distribution or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

Using the app

Your app account is personal. We reserve the right to close accounts used in violation of these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the app's profile view.

Limitation of liability

The services are provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for indirect damages to the extent mandatory law allows liability to be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
